The food and drink e-Learning company, owned by William Reed, will publish a white paper entitled “Developing a Culture of Food Safety in your Business” in April 2017.

The paper aims to provide further understanding on the importance of food safety culture, what it is and what obstacles are stacked against it, as well as how to assess your company’s existing culture and bring about positive change.


As well as expert contributions from Dialog Training’s Dr Rosemarie Pearson, the paper draws on over 20 relevant articles, reports and studies from the last 5 years - providing insight on critical factors affecting food safety culture.
